The Spiritual School and Legacy of St. Joseph the Hesychast
On April 8th, 2022, “St. Gregory of Khandzta Center of Education”, an organization existing under the Elevation of the Holy Cross Church Complex, began a new project called “the Spiritual School and Legacy of St. Joseph the Hesychast”, which is a documentary genre and is presented in the form of a series of interviews.
By the organization of a special group of the parish of the Elevation of the Holy Cross Church and by the leadership of the project author – priest Saba Tavadze, the filming took place in in more than ten U.S. states, as well as in Greece and in Cyprus.
The project presents notable and prominent representatives of the Orthodox Church, which are successors and heirs of the spiritual school of St. Joseph the Hesychast. They speak to us about the most important aspects of practical spiritual life.
The filming continues for the future series of interviews, and in addition to this, a similar project is planned to be launched within Georgia as well.
